Who we are
DARE Consulting is an independent consulting firm founded by an expert in international trade and strategic development. We support small business leaders, managers and sales teams in developing and implementing solid, ambitious and realistic strategies.
We operate in all sectors, particularly in the BtoB sector, including manufactured goods, HVAC, consumer goods and the energy transition. Our aim: to work with you to define a strategy that makes sense, and to make international business a structuring, high-performance lever for your company’s profitability.
The founder: an international background, a vision for the field
Damien Riccio
With 20 years’ experience in export and international business, I worked in the field as an export salesman (Europe, Africa, Middle East), then as the manager of a company with 70% international sales.
- I've lived in Scotland, worked in the United States, and carried out trade missions in over 80 countries.
- I speak three languages fluently (French, English, Italian) and a fourth (Spanish) conversationally.
- After graduating in engineering, I completed my studies with an ESCP Business School diploma in strategy and international business (2025).
