Angers est de nouveau \u00e9ligible au dispositif Pinel sur l\u2019investissement locatif !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-vlh8b\">Le d\u00e9cret a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 au Journal officiel du jeudi 4 juillet : la ville d\u2019Angers vient d\u2019obtenir son classement en zonage B1. Elle est de nouveau \u00e9ligible au dispositif de d\u00e9fiscalisation sur l\u2019investissement locatif, dit Loi Pinel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-w4crh\">Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 exclue du dispositif Pinel parce qu&rsquo;en zone B2, Angers est promue en zone B1 et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e0 nouveau de ce dispositif d&rsquo;investissement immobilier tr\u00e8s favorable !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ou5g7\">Le dynamisme de la ville et l&rsquo;engagement de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe municipale sont ainsi reconnus officiellement en int\u00e9grant la ville en zone Pinel B1, comme Nantes, Rennes ou Tours par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contactez-moi pour \u00e9tudier les offres et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une r\u00e9duction d&rsquo;imp\u00f4t jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 63 000 \u20ac sur 12 ans !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ca y est, c&rsquo;est fait !
